What I love about JP Lock & Security is their timely response, professional and honest approach to service and business! When I called Brian and Trish for our new business in Boston because the contractor on the job fell short on their delivery of our needs and they were not responding to our calls for the changes we needed to secure our building and to prepare for our opening! Whether it was quotes, on site visits, random calls, text, emails, their response was quick, accurate and very authentic. Our needs were for a 4 story entertainment venue with multiple entry points, safes and limited access rooms. Brain handled all of this without worry and in a timely, clean and very supportive way, and was very understanding and considerate of our timeline. Brian and Trish will never steer you wrong or charge you for something you don't need and will always give it to you straight. I appreciate the clarity and patience provided with the flexibility we needed, and they kept us updated along the way. What they ordered, if it was back ordered, sought our input on alternatives and so much more. Their recommendations for proper equipment, and to be compliant with any laws and state policies was welcomed and a time saver, as it prevented us from having to do the same job twice. These guys are great! New to this part of JP but very experienced. Skilled locksmiths are hard to find but Brian is great, he took care of my broken lock and was so easy to work with. I also needed keys made and Trish took care of it, even a japanese motorcycle key that had to be ordered was no problem. They are super friendly and community focused and are a welcome addition to this and all parts of the Boston region. Oh, and their dog, Harley, at the shop is the coolest!

Artur is very friendly, really seems to like what he does for work, and he did a good job. He looooooves animals and was very good with my new puppy and was in and out very quickly. Now, unfortunately, his level of communication is not great. I gave him 5 stars at first, but I've had to lower that score because he was supposed to be getting back to me about fixing my front door, and I've not heard back from him. I would call him again, but he needs to up his level of professionalism. Thank

Excellent service and very professional. I got my locks re-keyed the next day. Artur is very skilled at his craft. He worked very efficiently and the fees are reasonable. He went above and beyond and helped me reset my garage door, too. Everything works perfectly now. I’d definitely call for their service again. Highly recommend.

I called this company based on the great Google reviews and am glad I did. Within minutes of calling, Artur (the company owner) returned my call with a quote and was able to come change my mailbox lock within a few hours. He was flexible with timing, very friendly, and had a great sense of humor. The job was done in less than 10 minutes! Hands down the best price in town- would definitely use him again in the future.
